Person-Centered Counseling Services

THERAPY SERVICES
I offer compassionate and inclusive therapy through secure telehealth for clients across Oregon. My work centers grief, life transitions, polyamory and ethical non monogamy, and integrating meaningful experiences. I also support people living with chronic illness and those navigating anxiety or depression. I recognize that many folx with marginalized and intersectional identities carry experiences of grief, stress, and trauma that are often unseen or minimized in our culture. My approach creates space for those realities while honoring each person’s values and needs.
Grief Counseling
Grief is not a problem to fix; it is an experience to be held. Together we make room for what feels heavy, honor what has been lost, and help your body and heart find steadier ground at your own pace. Grief can be about the death of a loved one, but also about the loss of health, relationships, roles, or dreams for the future. This includes grief shaped by racism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, fatphobia, classism, and other systemic forces that compound loss.

Life Transitions
When the old way no longer fits and the new way has not yet arrived, you do not have to navigate it alone. Life transitions can include career changes, relationship shifts, moving to a new place, identity exploration, or adapting to changes in health. I often work with clients adjusting to chronic illness, finding ways to live with meaning and self compassion even when life looks different than expected.

Polyamory & ENM‑Affirming Therapy
A space where your relationships do not need to be justified or explained. We will explore boundaries, repair, communication, and the many ways love can grow, grounded in respect and curiosity. This can include support for managing anxiety or depression that can sometimes emerge in relationship dynamics.

Psychedelic Integration
For those processing profound or challenging non ordinary experiences. We will clarify insights, tend to emotions and imagery, and weave what matters into daily life. Integration work can also support you in navigating depression, anxiety, or uncertainty that may follow these experiences. (Preparation and integration only; I do not provide or refer for illegal substances.)
