MEDITATIONS

Welcome to my meditations page. Here you will find a collection of meditations that I use in my private practice and in my personal life. I am working to record and add a new meditation as often as possible until I have a diverse set of 10 to 15 meditations. These meditations can be streamed directly from this webpage, or you can save them for offline listening using the SoundCloud app for Android or iOS. All of these meditations are produced under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, and are free to be copied, distributed, remixed, adapted, and built upon. I hope you find that these meditations are helpful in connecting you to presence, peace, and compassion. Equanimity Meditation

This meditation starts with some centering breath work, and then moves to opening space to provide equanimity towards oneself, difficult relationships, and the world. Equanimity is a practice in which we recognize that we can only be responsible for our own happiness, and that we are all individually responsible for the suffering and happiness that we experience as a result of our actions. This practice helps us cultivate mindfulness, balance, and ease in our relationships.
