Equanimity Meditation

This meditation starts with some centering breath work, and then moves to opening space to provide equanimity towards oneself, difficult relationships, and the world. Equanimity is a practice in which we recognize that we can only be responsible for our own happiness, and that we are all individually responsible for the suffering and happiness that we experience as a result of our actions. This practice helps us cultivate mindfulness, balance, and ease in our relationships.
